Shipping: 

Custom signs typically take 10-14 business days to arrive once an order has been placed. Note that this is a general estimate and that delivery time can be affected due to COVID-19.

Returns and Refunds:

All custom neon sign purchases are final. Please choose your texts, colors, fonts and size carefully. All custom signs are created exactly as specified in the order notes.

In the rare case that a custom sign arrives damaged through shipping, please contact us at info@neonific.com with photos of the broken sign and shipping box and we will arrange for a reproduction.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@neonific.com and send your item to: 247 Dunbar Avenue, Montreal, QC, H3P2H4, Canada.

Warranty:

All products on our website come with a 1 year warranty on the electronic components. Warranty does not cover physical damage, unless it was broken during transit when the order was initially received.
