To be eligible for a refund or replacement on a custom neon sign, at least one of the following conditions must be met :

  • The sign arrived broken/defective
  • The colour of the sign was wrong
  • Guaranteed delivery date was not met. (As stated in a written agreement via email or message applications)

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Sales on desktop neon signs and custom moon lamps are final and are not eligible for refunds and returns.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Neonific.
