Damaged Items

In the rare event that your custom sign arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours at We request you to provide photos of the broken sign and the shipping box to assist us in the reproduction process. Our team is committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will arrange for a reproduction of the damaged sign.

2-Year Warranty
