Shipping policy

Production Time for Custom LED Neon Sign:

  • All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days, followed by 2 to 10 business days of production time, depending on design complexity and size. Once the products are shipped, customers will receive a tracking number.

Delivery Time:

  • Expect your products within 5-15 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method, the products you ordered, and your location.
  • Multiple items may arrive in separate boxes for logistical reasons.
  • Our packages are almost always delivered within the expected timeframe. We cannot however guarantee specific delivery time as things outside of our control can cause delays to delivery (e.g., weather conditions). 

Shipping Partners:

  • We ship our products with reliable carriers like USPS, Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure efficient delivery.

Canadian Customers:

  • Sales tax will be collected at checkout.

European Customers:

  • Import duties and taxes are already included in the displayed price. Contact us for B2B pricing.

UK Customers:
